Ancient Norfolk Virginian metal head here. I am into mainly old school death/thrash/speed metal and some newer (Well from the past 10 years or so lol...) black metal. Some of my favorites include Carcass (Go see them on the reunion tour if you get a chance!), Cradle Of Filth, Slayer, Hypocrisy, Kreator (up to Coma of Souls and also Enemy of God eras), Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, older Cannibal Corpse, older Deicide, Death, etc. I am anti-organized religion and with that said, I have to say Jimi Hendrix is God!
