I think that it's posible to recreate the wellknown album Goetia. If someone saw the tracklist they would say that it is posible. Here's the tracklist that I've found:
A. To Eve The Art Of Witchcraft
Unbridled At Dusk
Of Mist And Midnigh Skies
The Princeple Of Evil Made Flesh
B. The Black Goddess Risess
As Deep As Any Burial
Spattered In Faeces
The Raping Of Faith
Fraternaly Your's, 666 (outro)

As you can see...many of the song exist today but in other albums. I created my own Goetia containing song from other albums ("The Princeple Of Evil Made Flesh", " Total Fucking Darkness", Orgiastic Pleasures Foul", "Invoking The Unclean"). The album sounds good. In my other discution I would like to talk about the album "A Pungent And Sexual Miasma".

Look on the demo covers. It says Daz - Drums on both Invoking the Unclean and Orgiastic Pleasures Foul. Watch the concert from 1992 with Spattered in Faeces, you can see him on drums. And the old pictures from back then, there are a few with him in it.

Thats off of wikipedia... ANYONE could have put that
also notice.. there is no citation source
so the guy who put that HAS NO PROOF or backing of his finding..
i still think darren was their drummer

Sorry, it's definitely fake.

Notice it says Drums - Daz (aka Darren White?) Well Darren has vehemently claimed that he was never a drummer for Cradle, nor did he have any involvement whatsoever in any of the demos nor Goetia. He only contributed vocals to Principle of Evil Made Flesh.

Thanks!

To see pictures from '92 and '93 go to the "Rare CoF Photos" thread. Plenty of them there. The ones that are kind of black and white looking. There is one where 5 of them are standing on a tree. There is one on the ground, that is Darren. I think. Or it's Andrea.

Could somebody provide a link to this interview?

Dani confirmed it in an interview back in the old CoF website

I doubt that any copies of Goetia exist. They never existed in the first place really, seeing as the tracks were wiped before and distribution. Was there ever any confirmation on that "Spattered in Faeces" track that it was actually from Goetia?

ADreamOfWolves said:
oh and also... that wikipedia artice
i never read that before..
someone could have just added that darren was never in the demos
ppl could edit anything in wikipedia
so thats not 100 percent proof

oh and this is the goetia topic back from the old website forums
about the 2 minute parts of goetia

We will never be able to recreate Goetia, we are lucky enough to even have the few recordings that survived. This will just forever be Cradle of Filth's holy grail. Will be good to hear about it in the Gospel of Filth however.

I just noticed something. There's a part in Nemesis that sounds a lot like a part in Unbridled at Dusk.

At first I had the "normal" Manchester Pub, a few weeks ago I became the Hop And Grape Pub, both are exactly the same. And it's from '92 not '93
